RRFCL63D立式全功能數控車(chē)床為雙工位、雙刀臺、單主軸、配置旋轉交換工作臺的機電液一體化產(chǎn)品。箱型整體式平床身，配以加強筋的合理分布，具有高剛性，高吸振性的特點(diǎn)；機床配件采用高剛性、高精度的進(jìn)口名牌滾柱導軌、THK絲杠、NSK/FAG軸承、進(jìn)口刀架等名牌產(chǎn)品，加上精密?chē)乐數难b配，機床精度得以可靠保證。機床設備可以最適合加工形狀復雜的回轉零件，能進(jìn)行柱面、曲面、錐面、階梯面的車(chē)削加工。不僅能進(jìn)行外圓車(chē)削和內圓車(chē)削，還能進(jìn)行各種內外螺紋的車(chē)削，也可進(jìn)行鉆孔、鉸孔、攻絲和滾壓加工。該機床配備輪轂專(zhuān)用夾具后，特別適合汽車(chē)、摩托車(chē)輪轂單件小批量加工，也適合大批量零件的加工。機床配備交換工作臺，可以實(shí)現工件一邊加工一邊裝卡，大大提高了機床的使用效率。
