采用高剛性小龍門(mén)立壁框架箱式對稱(chēng)結構，工作臺直接支承在床身導軌上，整機剛性強。

1．采用高剛性小龍門(mén)立壁框架箱式對稱(chēng)結構，工作臺直接支承在床身導軌上，整機剛性強。
2．主軸采用臺灣梳格高速電主軸，最高轉速可達36000rpm;電主軸軸承采用油氣潤滑，主軸外套采用恒溫冷卻,確保主軸運行穩定可靠。
3． X、Z軸導軌采用日本THK的SRG滾柱導軌，Y軸導軌采用THK的NRS滾珠導軌。
4．三軸絲桿均采用日本THK的高速精密絲桿，采用預拉伸結構和FAG精密軸承支承。
5．配置搖籃式雙軸高精度數控回轉臺，可進(jìn)行空間復雜曲面精密加工。
6．機床X軸防護罩采用高速風(fēng)琴防護罩結構,Y軸采用不銹鋼帶連桿機構的高速防護罩結構,Z軸防護罩直接用鈑金罩防護,三軸坐標快速移動(dòng)速度最高可達48米/分。
7．機床排屑采用床身兩側螺旋式自動(dòng)排屑加后端鏈板式自動(dòng)排屑的方式。
8．刀庫標準采用ATC高速機械凸輪式刀庫，多種刀庫供選。
9．標配刀具外冷系統和床身沖屑裝置。
